Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your Braise account and all associated data at any time. Once processed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All saved grocery lists and recipes
- Your preferences and app settings
What is not deleted
- Subscription records retained by Apple for billing purposes
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you
How to request deletion
Send an email to jakecimba@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Alternatively, use the Contact form and select "Account Deletion" as the subject.
